Here's the recipe I used:-
Ingredients
4 Cups Flour (all purpose flour)
1 Tablespoon sea salt flakes ( or regular table salt)
50g Cold butter
2 1/2 Cups hot water (very hot but not boiling)
- Add flour, salt and rub in butter with fingertips until the mix resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the hot water and mix using a knife until the mixture comes together.
- Knead dough until smooth, roll into small balls the size of a ping pong ball.
All rolled and ready to fry

Fry in a non stick fry pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.Serve with your favourite burrito filling, Enjoy!
Testing the final product
These were much easier than I anticipated and I don't think I have ever enjoyed burritos so much!
I HAVE to try this- burritos is one of my favourite meals so homemade tortilla bread sounds awesome!!
