Teacher Gifts

Last week the boys and I made Rocky Road to give to their preschool teachers on the final day.  They loved it and got joy out of giving something that they had helped make.

We packaged them up in Christmasy tea cups and the boys signed their names on the gift cards.

Dark Chocolate Rocky Road
2 blocks Cadbury Old Gold Chocolate, melted and mixed with:-
1/2 packet crushed milk coffee biscuits (or any plain biscuit)
2 bars Turkish Delight chopped
1 pkt marshmellows

Mix well and place in lined tin in the fridge until set.  Cut into squares and enjoy.

Milk Chocolate Rocky Road
2 blocks milk chocolate, melted.
1 packet marshmellows

1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup chopped red lollies eg frogs.

Mix well and place in lined tin in the fridge until set. Cut into squares and enjoy.

White Chocolate Rocky Road
3 Blocks Cadbury Dream, melted
1 packet marshmellows
1 packet pistacio nuts, toasted
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Mix well and place in lined tin in the fridge until set. Cut into squares and enjoy.
