  1. I do my meal planning on sundays too! my sun morning ritual is to sit with a cuppa, open our recipe box and grab a few recipe books and get to work. We try ONE new dish a week, and the rest come from our favourites box. If the new one is a winner, it gets added to the box and joins the cycle! Then I do the groceries according to the meal plan. Saves money. Saves time each day standing and staring in the pantry trying to figure out what to make, and makes cooking each day more fun because I don't have to think about it!
