Wall Displays
1. Laura Stern via everythingleb.blogspot.com 2. Nate Berkus 3. Malene Birger bed 4. Malene Birger home via style files 5. Via? 6. Paris Loft Cookie Mag
For some time now I have been wanting to do a picture grouping on our wall and have been collecting insiration. I love many aspects of the ones above. Having shelves to display pictures means that the pictures can be easily changed around, but I also love the look of pictures fixed to the wall. My favourite image above is the middle top, I love the grouping of photos and art combined with the little coat hanging for a soft break in the design.

Mini Tutorial: Personalised Bunting
Personalised bunting makes a delightful gift for a child. Children love to see their name and be able to identify the letters. It adds to their decor and can be used for birthday parties or any other special celebration.
To make your own with an existing or purchased bunting you need some felt or fabric scraps and some Steam a Seam 2 or a similar fabric adhesive.
- Choose a font you like and print out your letters using mirror image setting on your printer, or if they are printed correctly just hold them up to a window back to front.
- Trace the letters onto the paper side of the adhesive.
- Iron the traced letters onto the back of your piece of fabric or felt
- Neatly cut out the letters, I use a small sharp pair of scissors to make it easier to get into tight corners.
- Next position your letters onto the flags where you would like them.
- Iron in place.
- Tada!
Ps. If you do not have a permanent bond adhesive you can also sew around the letters, however on a premade bunting you will see the stitching on the back as well.

Sunday Stitches
I made myself a quick skirt based on this tutorial. I used Anna Maria Horner Voile which I just love!
Some more bunting for the shop
And finished my sherbet pips quilt, which has already been gifted for a sweet baby girl.

Displaying Kids Art
I love the way the childrens art has been used in this space. I would love to do something similar with my own kids pieces.

Sunday Stitches
It seems I have the quilting bug at the moment and have been putting together some simple quilt tops to practice my quilting on. I have just put together a quilt top using a Sherbet Pips Jelly roll. I love the look of this cute fabric as a strip quilt and the Jelly rolls make for a quick and easy quilt top. I am looking forward to basting and quilting it next.

Finished.
My Bliss quilt is finally finished and bound. I backed it with a co-ordinating flannel to make it soft and cosy in winter, perfect for snuggling under in front of the TV.
